2004-10-04 Students of the University of Pisa sent about 120 letters (as of now) to Italian Minister, MEPs and MPs. On. Raffaella Mariani, MP, gently answered and sent an official written interrogation to the competent Italian Ministers. The interrogation is well written and reflects our concerns.

Tasks (ordered by priority)
Find the Recipients in the National Governments/Political Parties: LtrConsRecv0406En
- Translations / Typesetting
- Signature Collection
Please contact Lars Noschinski if you want to take over a task, eg delivering the letter nationally.
Typesetting the text with logos nicely
These samples have no reference to the appendixes, you also need to change/remove the date and add either a personal cover letter or just "Dear <Recipient>, ..."
- Not every signator needs to be represented on paper with a logo. No need for masses of penguins.
The Joint Patent Industry Statement of 2003-04 might serve as a model or as something to parody.
find company logos at genba.ffii.org in var/www/img/logos or collect them here after picking them from the company's website
- separate document and each appendix separately: allow people to send with additional appendices
- complete the appendices
In addition also create the sxw/pdf files (or files using other text processing systems at which you are good, resulting in PDF). See "Typesetting the Text with logos nicely" above.
