UEAPME, Software Patents and Information Infrastructures

UEAPME (Union Europeenne des Associations des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises, European Union of Associations of Small and Medium Enterprises) assembles SME associations of all EU member states, totalling a number of 11,000 SME members. We try to keep track of statements and activities of UEAPME on patentability and other subjects concerning the freedom to compete on a level playing field in the digital economy.
