Rules of Procedure
Rules of Procedure are formal descriptions about the way an institution works. It is very helpful to know that when you deal with state organisations.
European Parliament (EP)
Rule 61: Rejection of the Common Position - according to Rule 61(2), "Parliament may, on the recommendation of the rapporteur, consider a further proposal for rejection after voting on the amendments and hearing a statement from the Commission pursuant to Rule 62(5)."
